IntroduceMe (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a consent-recording and verification service designed to allow individuals (“Candidates”) to explicitly authorise the sharing of their professional information with third parties such as recruiters, agencies, and hiring organisations (“Recipients”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

IntroduceMe acts as a data controller for personal data collected directly through the IntroduceMe platform.

IntroduceMe does not initiate introductions. We only verify and evidence consent.

• Data is stored securely using industry-standard safeguards
   
• Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis
   
• Consent records are time-stamped and tamper-resistant
   
• Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose or comply with legal obligations
   

Where data is processed outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are applied to ensure compliance with UK GDPR.
